Refund policy

We want you to love your FuniFeet slippers. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to return: Email us at rewindtronhelp@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem, and we'll issue a full refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process it.
